Rush service only applies to production time, following order approval. Rush does not include artwork preparation, virtual proofing time, or time in transit from the factory to your destination(s). Shipping Methods and Details
We make all the arrangements to be sure your products arrive where and when you need them. However, we cannot be responsible for inclement weather, national disasters, customs delays and other unusual circumstances.
Our products are sold F.O.B. (freight on board) factory. The goods are owned by the purchaser once they are picked up by the carrier. We provide a firm ship date for your order and we are happy to recommend the best shipping options and make the arrangements.

We will ship your order using our account and invoice the freight charges including insurance at full value, at published rates. We will also ship using your account number, if you prefer. If you choose to use your own account, you are responsible for the insurance, and the shipment belongs to you once it leaves our factory. Some factories add a shipping and handling charge for each carton shipped under your account number. We will advise you of these charges before final processing of your order. If the shipment is lost or damaged, you are responsible for negotiating with the carrier for reimbursement and your company will still be responsible for the full amount of your our invoice.
